Simmering chicken breasts in Pace(R) Picante Sauce is a unique technique
that both flavors the chicken and creates a tasty sauce. It's a simple
way to make an ordinary meal extraordinary.

Pace Picante Skillet Chicken
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 5 min. Cook Time: 15 min.

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4 to 6)
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace(R) Picante Sauce
6 cups hot cooked regular long-grain white rice

Directions:
Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken
and cook for 10 minutes or until it&#8217;s well browned on both sides.
Add the picante sauce to the skillet. Heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to
medium. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with the rice.

Kitchen Clip:
For a pop of color, add sliced scallions or chopped cilantro to the rice
just before serving.
