Oriental Shrimp Kabobs

Here's a great summertime dish that's perfect for Friday night...or any
night!

Oriental Shrimp Kabobs
from Campbell's Kitchen

Marinating Time: 1 hr. Prep Time: 10 min. Cook Time: 10 min.

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular or 25%
Less Sodium)
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 lb. large shrimp, shelled and deveined*

Directions:
Mix soup, orange juice, soy, oil and ginger in shallow nonmetallic dish.
Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hr.
Thread shrimp on 6 long skewers.
Grill kabobs 10 min. or until done, turning and brushing often with
marinade.
Heat remaining marinade to a boil and serve with shrimp.
*Or use 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts or boneless pork loin, cut
into cubes. Marinate and grill as above.
Tip : Also delicious as a basting sauce for cut-up fresh vegetables or
pineapple chunks. Serves 6.

Kitchen Clip:
If you are using bamboo or other wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in
water for at least 30 minutes before threading the shrimp on the skewers.
