Pork chops plus a few on-hand ingredients equals a quick and tasty
dinner ready in less than 30 minutes - it's a keeper!
Creamy Mustard Pork Chops
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 tbsp. butter OR margarine
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
(Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
SPRINKLE chops with lemon pepper seasoning. Heat butter in skillet.
Cook chops 10 min. or until browned.
ADD soup, milk and mustard. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low
heat 10 min. or until chops are done. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 4.
TIP: Serve with egg noodles and your favorite steamed vegetable. For
dessert serve chunky applesauce topped with cinnamon.
Kitchen Clip:
You can change up this recipe just a bit by substituting another herb
for the chopped parsley. Try chives, thyme or cilantro.
