A thick, juicy steak isn't just for the warm grilling months. Crank up
the broiler and serve this speedy steak tonight--you'll love the hint of
orange flavor in the gravy!

*Orange Beef Steak*
*from Campbell's Kitchen *

Prep Time: 10 min.
Broil Time: 25 min.

*Ingredients:*

1 jar (12 ounces) Campbell'sŪ Slow Roast Beef Gravy
1 tbsp. grated orange zest
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder *OR* 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 boneless beef top round steak, 1 1/2-inch thick (about 1 1/2 pounds)

*Directions:*
Stir the gravy, orange zest, orange juice and garlic powder in a 1-quart
saucepan.

Heat the broiler. Place the beef on a rack in a broiler pan. Broil 4
inches from the heat for 25 minutes for medium or to desired doneness,
turning the beef over halfway through cooking and brushing often with
the gravy mixture. Thinly slice the beef.

Heat the remaining gravy mixture over medium-high heat to a boil. Serve
the gravy mixture with the beef.

Serves 6.

For a fast side dish, toss boiled red potatoes with butter, minced
parsley, and red pepper flakes.
