Here's a great Friday night dinner that will start the weekend off in a
relaxing, tasty and fun-filled way!
Easy Beef & Pasta
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 5 min. Cook Time: 20 min.
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4-inch thick, cut into very thin strips
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's(R) Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular,
Healthy Request(R), or 25% Less Sodium
1/2 cup water
1 bag (about 16 ounces) frozen vegetable pasta blend
Directions:
Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef
and cook until it's well browned, stirring often. Pour off any fat.
Stir the soup, water and vegetable pasta blend in the skillet and heat
to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until
the beef is cooked through. Serves 4.

Serve with a tossed green salad and ice cream sundaes for dessert.
