Easy doesn't mean boring when barbecue's on the menu. These super-quick,
main-dish sandwiches really spark the appetite!

Campbell's Barbecued Turkey Pockets

Prep Time: 5 min. Cook Time: 20 min.

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's(R) Healthy Request(R) Condensed Tomato Soup
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. thinly sliced cooked turkey breast *
3 pita breads (6-inch), cut in half

Directions:
Heat the soup, water, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire in a 12- inch
skillet over medium heat to a boil.
Add the turkey. Reduce the heat to low. Cook until the mixture is hot
and bubbling. Spoon the turkey mixture into the pita halves.
*Roasted or deli turkey
 Serving Suggestion: Serve with baked veggie chips and sliced cucumbers
with hummus for dipping. For dessert serve light mint ice cream sandwiches.

Kitchen Clip:
If you don't have pita bread on hand, use sandwich rolls or hamburger buns.
