Vegetable Lasagna

Make things easier at supper time by preparing this wonderful dish early
in the day, and popping it in the oven when it's convenient for you!

Vegetable Lasagna
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 20 min. Cook Time: 30 min.

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 small green or red pepper, chopped
1 medium carrot, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 can Campbell's(R) Condensed Broccoli Cheese Soup OR Campbell's(R)
Condensed 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
 PLACE broccoli, pepper, carrot and onion in saucepan. Cover with water.
Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until tender. Drain.
 MIX soup, milk and Parmesan cheese.
 SPREAD 1/2 cup soup mixture in 2-qt. shallow baking dish (11" x 7").
Top with 3 lasagna noodles, 1/2 cup soup mixture, 3/4 cup mozzarella
cheese and 1 1/2 cup vegetable mixture. Repeat layers. Top with
remaining soup mixture.
 COVER . Bake at 400 degreesF. for 20 min. Uncover and bake 10 min. or
until hot. Let stand 10 min. Serves 6.

Kitchen Clip:
Serve with some Pepperidge Farm(R) Hot Dinner Rolls and store-bought
cookies for dessert.
