Even on the busiest night, your family can enjoy this scrumptious supper
that's ready in a jiffy!

Skillet Pork Chops Florentine
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 5 min. Cook Time: 30 min.

2 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
6 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick, (about 1 1/2 lb.)
1 medium onion, sliced thin (about 1/2 cup)
1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) Prego(R) Marinara Italian Sauce
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen leaf spinach, thawed and well drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)

Directions:
Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high
heat. Add the pork chops and cook until the chops are well browned on
both sides. Remove the pork chops and set them aside.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining oil. Add the onion.
Cook and stir until the onion is tender-crisp.
Stir the pasta sauce and spinach into the skillet. Heat to a boil.
Return the pork chops to the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Cover
and cook until the chops are cooked through but slightly pink in
center*. Sprinkle with cheese. Serves 6.
TIP: *The internal temperature of the pork should reach 160 degreesF.
Time-Saving Tip: To thaw spinach, microwave on HIGH 3 minutes, breaking
apart with a fork halfway through heating.

Kitchen Clip:
An easy and effective way to drain spinach is to wrap it in some
cheesecloth and squeeze out all the excess liquid.
