Easy Chicken Cacciatore
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 10 min. Cook Time: 20 min.
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into cubes
1 jar (1 lb. 9.75 oz.) Prego(R) Chunky Garden Mushroom & Green Pepper
Italian Sauce
1/2 lb. corkscrew-shaped pasta (rotini), cooked and drained
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the
chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until it’s well browned,
stirring often.
2. Stir the pasta sauce into the skillet. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat
to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes more or until the chicken is cooked
through. Serve with pasta. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
Serve with steamed green beans and frozen lemonade for dessert.
