Mexican Pizza

This favorite Friday night dinner is fun, festive and fabulous!

Mexican Pizza
from Campbell's Kitchen

Thaw Time: 30 min. Prep Time: 20 min. Bake Time: 15 min.

1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm(R) Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet)
3/4 cup Prego(R) Traditional Italian Sauce
1/4 cup Pace(R) Picante Sauce
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives

Directions:
 THAW pastry sheet at room temperature 30 min. Preheat oven to 400 degreesF.
 UNFOLD pastry on lightly floured surface. Roll into 15" x 10" rectangle
and place on baking sheet. Prick with fork. Bake 10 min.
 MIX pasta sauce and picante sauce and spread to within 1/2" of edges.
Top with cheeses and sprinkle with olives. Bake 5 min. or until cheese
melts. Cut into 8 pieces. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
You can really spice it up by topping the pizza with 1/4 cup sliced
jalapeņo peppers.
