This simplified version of a classic family favorite is the perfect way
to end the work week!
Quick Chicken Parmesan
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 5 min. Bake Time: 25 min.
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 cups Prego(R) Traditional Italian Sauce *
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups hot cooked spaghetti
Directions:
PLACE chicken in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with pasta sauce.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
BAKE at 400 degreesF. for 25 min. or until done. Serve with spaghetti.
Serves 4.
TIP: *Or use 2 cups Prego(R) Pasta Sauce with Fresh Mushrooms.
Kitchen Clip:
When cooking spaghetti, it is a good idea to salt the water after it
comes to a boil, but it is not a good idea to add oil to the water. The
oil will cause the sauce to slide off the pasta.
