Oven-Baked Catfish

Tonight's supper will turn them into fish-lovers without any fuss!

Oven-Baked Catfish
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 10 min. - Bake Time: 20 min.

1 cup Pepperidge Farm(R) Corn Bread Stuffing, crushed
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 lb. fresh OR thawed frozen catfish fillets
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. butter OR margarine, melted (optional)
 Creamy ranch salad dressing OR chunky blue cheese salad dressing

Directions:
 MIX stuffing and paprika on plate. Dip fish into egg. Coat with
stuffing mixture.
 PLACE fish on baking sheet. Drizzle with butter.
 BAKE at 400 degreesF. for 20 min. or until done. Serve with salad
dressing. Serves 4.

Serve with french fries and your family's favorite green vegetable.
