Friday night is pizza night, and this version combines a hint of
sophistication with a whole lot of great taste!
Pepperoni Pizza
from Campbell's Kitchen
Thaw Time: 30 min. - Prep Time: 20 min. - Bake Time: 15 min.
1/2 pkg. (17.3 oz.) Pepperidge Farm(R) Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet)
1 cup Prego(R) Traditional Italian Sauce OR Prego(R) Onion & Garlic
Italian Sauce (3 cups)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
THAW pastry sheet at room temperature 30 min. Preheat oven to 400 degreesF.
UNFOLD pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Roll into 15" x 10"
rectangle and place on baking sheet. Prick thoroughly with fork. Bake 10
min.
SPREAD pasta sauce over crust to within 1/2" of edges. Top with
mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 5
min. or until cheese melts. Cut into 8 pieces. Serves 4.

To save time, purchase pre-sliced pepperoni, and pre-shredded cheeses
from the grocery store.
