Tasty 2-Step Chicken
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup OR 98%
Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup OR Campbell's(R) Healthy Request(R)
Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup water
Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 10 min. or
until browned. Set aside. Pour off fat.
ADD soup and water. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Cover and
cook over low heat 5 min. or until chicken is done. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
Serve with a colorful salad of tomatoes and cucumbers topped with your
favorite vinaigrette.
