These traditional burgers with a Mediterranean flair are a real treat
for Fridays, or any day!
2-Step Italian Burger Melt
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Tomato Soup
1/3 cup water
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
SHAPE ground beef into 6 patties, 1/2" thick each . Place in 2-qt.
shallow baking dish.
MIX soup, water and oregano. Pour over patties. Top with cheese.
BAKE at 400 degreesF. for 20 min. or until done. Serve on rolls or over
pasta. Serves 6.
