Tonight's recipe takes just a few simple ingredients and turns them into
a truly spectacular supper!
Sweet & Tangy Chicken
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
1 tbsp. butter OR margarine
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Tomato Soup OR Campbell's(R)
Healthy Request(R) Condensed Tomato Soup
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
4 cups hot cooked rice
Directions:
HEAT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD soup, water, sugar and vinegar. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over
low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with rice. Serves 4.

Serve with a crisp green salad and some Pepperidge Farm(R) Soft Dinner
Rolls to soak up the extra sauce.
