without all the fuss.
Beefy Fajitas with a Twist
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless top round steak, cut into strips
1 medium green pepper, cut into 2" strips
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can (10 1/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Beef Gravy
8 flour tortillas (8''), warmed
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Pace(R) Chunky Salsa
Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until browned and juices
evaporate, stirring often.
ADD pepper and onion and cook until tender-crisp.
ADD gravy and heat through. Spoon beef mixture into tortillas. Top with
cheese and salsa and wrap. Makes 8 fajitas.
Serve with Mexican-style rice or refried beans. For dessert serve
vanilla pudding.
Kitchen Clip:
To warm tortillas in the microwave, place stacks of 5 to 6 tortillas
between two slightly dampened paper towels and heat on high for 30
seconds or until warm.
