Spicy Salsa Mac & Beef
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Beef Broth
1 1/3 cups water
2 cups uncooked medium shell pasta
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 cup Pace(R) Chunky Salsa

Directions:
 COOK beef in skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring to
separate meat. Pour off fat.
 ADD broth and water. Heat to a boil. Add pasta. Cook over medium heat
10 min. or until pasta is done, stirring often.
 ADD soup and salsa. Heat through. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
To save time, cook ground beef earlier in the day. Cool and refrigerate,
and it's ready when you are.
