Tempt them with this tangy-sweet cranberry sauce. It's so much better
than just opening a can...and almost as easy too!

Roasted Orange Cranberry Sauce
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 5 min. - Cook Time: 25 min. - Chill Time: 2 hr.

1 pkg. (12 oz.) fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup coarsely chopped orange
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 3/4 cups Swanson(R) Chicken Broth (regular, Natural Goodness(TM) or
Certified Organic)

Directions:
MIX cranberries, orange, brown sugar and cinnamon in 17" x 15" roasting
pan. Pour broth over fruit mixture.
ROAST at 450 degreesF. 25 min. or until mixture thickens. Pour into
bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hr. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
 Serves 10.
TIP: Make a day in advance and chill overnight.

Kitchen Clip:
Before using cranberries, pick them over for stems and shriveled
berries. Leave in any white cranberries - they're sweeter than the red ones.
