Pepper Jack Skillet Fajitas
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 large green pepper, cut into strips
1 large onion, sliced
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Southwest Style Pepper Jack Soup
8 flour tortillas (8"), warmed

Directions:
 HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
 ADD pepper and onion and cook over medium heat until tender.
 ADD soup and heat through.
 SPOON about 1/2 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold
tortillas around filling. Makes 8 fajitas.

until warm, about 20-30 seconds. Or, wrap in foil and heat in a 400°F.
oven for 10 minutes.
