Lemon Fish with Herb Rice
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 5 min. - Bake Time: 30 min.

1 pkg. (20 oz.) Campbell's(R) Supper Bakes&trade; Lemon Chicken with
Herb Rice includes seasoning, rice, baking sauce, crumb topping
2 1/2 cups hot water
2 tbsp. butter OR margarine, cut up
1 lb. fresh fish fillets

Directions:
 PREHEAT oven to 375°F.
 MIX seasoning , hot water, butter and rice in 13"x9"x2" baking dish.
Top with fish.
 POUR baking sauce over fish. Sprinkle fish with crumb topping .
 BAKE 30 min. or until done. Stir rice before serving. Serves 4.
 TIP: To prepare in skillet : Use same ingredients as oven version, but
mix seasoning , hot water, butter and rice in large skillet. Top with
fish. Pour baking sauce over fish. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over
low heat 20 min. or until fish is done. Sprinkle fish with crumb topping
. Simmer, uncovered, 5 min. or until rice is done. Stir rice before serving.
 To prepare in microwave : Use same ingredients as oven version, but mix
seasoning , hot water, butter and rice in 3-qt. microwavable casserole.
Top with fish in a single layer. Pour baking sauce over fish. Cover.
Microwave on HIGH 20 to 22 min. or until done. Let stand 5 min. in
microwave oven. Sprinkle fish with crumb topping . Stir rice before serving.

Kitchen Clip:
Serve buttered broccoli spears or your favorite green vegetables. Fill
Pepperidge Farm(R) Puff Pastry Shells with vanilla ice cream and fresh
strawberries for dessert.
