Mushroom-Garlic Pork Chops
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 pork chops, 1/2" thick (about 1 lb.)
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Cream of Mushroom with
Roasted Garlic Soup
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook 10 min. or until browned. Set
chops aside.
ADD soup and milk. Heat to a boil. Return chops to pan. Reduce heat to
low. Cover and cook 5 min. or until chops are no longer pink. Serves 4.
Serve with steamed red potatoes and tomato slices. For dessert serve
Pepperidge Farm(R) Chocolate Layer Cake.
