Hit a home run by serving a delicious dinner tonight.

Herb Roasted Turkey
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 15 min. - Cook Time: About 4 hr. - Stand Time: 10 min.

1 3/4 cups Swanson(R) Chicken Broth (regular, Natural Goodness(TM) or
Certified Organic)
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 (12- to 14-lb.) turkey
2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each ) Campbell's(R) Turkey Gravy

Directions:
 MIX broth, lemon juice, basil, thyme and black pepper.
 ROAST turkey according to pkg. directions*, basting occasionally with
broth mixture. Let turkey stand 10 min. before slicing. Discard any
remaining broth mixture.
 HEAT gravy and serve with turkey. Serves 14.
 TIP: * The internal temperature of the turkey should reach 180°F.

Kitchen Clip:
Reheat leftover turkey moistened with Swanson(R) Broth.
