This dish is too good and too easy to save for special occasions. Treat
the family tonight!

Quick Chicken a la King
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 15 min.

1 tbsp. margarine OR butter
1/4 cup chopped green pepper OR red pepper
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken OR ham
4 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:
 HEAT margarine in saucepan. Add pepper and cook until tender.
 ADD soup, milk and chicken. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve
over rice. Serves 4.
For 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken, in medium saucepan over medium
heat, in 4 cups boiling water, cook 3/4 lb. boneless chicken breasts or
thighs, cubed, 5 min. or until chicken is done.

Kitchen Clip:
For a change of pace, substitute Pepperidge Farm(R) Puff Pastry Shells
for the hot rice. Serve a cucumber-vinegar salad, and offer hot fudge
sundaes for dessert.
