Treat the family like company with a special supper tonight that takes
just minutes.

Seafood & Mushroom Shells
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 20 min. - Bake Time: 30 min.

1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm(R) Frozen Puff Pastry Shells
4 tbsp. butter OR margarine
2 1/2 cups thinly sliced mushrooms
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Mushroom Soup OR 98% Fat Free
Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup dry white wine OR vermouth
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. firm white fish fillets (cod, haddock or halibut), cut into 1" pieces
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
 BAKE pastry shells according to pkg. directions.
 HEAT butter in skillet. Add mushrooms and cook until tender and liquid
evaporates.
 ADD soup, wine, lemon juice and fish. Cook 5 min. or until fish is
done. Serve in pastry shells and sprinkle with cheese. Serves 6.

Kitchen Clip:
Try peeled shrimp in place of the fish, if desired. Serve this indulgent
entrée with a tossed green salad and fresh berries for dessert.
