Oven-Baked Catfish
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 10 min. - Bake Time: 20 min.
1 cup Pepperidge Farm(R) Stuffing Corn Bread Stuffing, crushed
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 lb. fresh OR thawed frozen catfish fillets
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. butter OR margarine, melted (optional)
Creamy ranch salad dressing OR chunky blue cheese salad dressing
Directions:
MIX stuffing and paprika on plate. Dip fish into egg. Coat with stuffing
mixture.
PLACE fish on baking sheet. Drizzle with butter.
BAKE at 400°F. for 20 min. or until done. Serve with salad dressing. Serves
4.

These tender fish fillets are paired perfectly with some deli coleslaw and
sliced oranges. Add steamed green beans for a balanced menu.
