Creamy Chicken and Vegetables
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.
Vegetable cooking spray
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Healthy Request(R) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
Directions:
SPRAY skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat 1 min.
Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
ADD soup, milk, lemon juice, basil, garlic and vegetables. Heat to a
boil. Return chicken to skillet. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or
until done. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
If chicken breasts are frozen, place in a ziplock bag and submerge in
cold water for about 10-15 minutes.
