Tangy, tasty sandwiches for supper help celebrate Sandwich Day with style.

Quick Barbecued Beef Sandwiches
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (26 oz.) Campbell's(R) Tomato Soup
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb. thinly sliced deli roast beef
12 hamburger rolls, split and toasted

Directions:
HEAT oil in saucepot. Add onion and cook until tender.
ADD soup, water, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire. Heat to a boil.
Cook over low heat 5 min. Add beef and heat through. Serve beef
mixture on rolls. Makes 12.

This tangy tomato sauce is also perfect over sliced roast pork,
meatballs or grilled chicken breast.
