TASTY TUESDAY PRESENTS:
Pork & Corn Stuffing Bake
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 10 min. - Bake Time: 30 min.
1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm(R) Cornbread Stuffing OR Pepperidge Farm(R)
Herb Seasoned Stuffing
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Celery Soup OR 98% Fat Free
Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 cup whole kernel corn
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. spicy brown mustard
Directions:
MIX stuffing, soup, corn, onion and celery. Spoon into greased 9" pie
plate. Top with chops.
MIX brown sugar and mustard and spoon over chops.
BAKE at 400°F. 30 min. or until chops are done. Serves 4.
Serve with steamed sugar snap peas. For dessert serve a simple
parfait: layer vanilla yogurt with chopped apples and grapes.
Kitchen Clip:
Pork chops can be easily sliced from a boneless pork loin roast.
