A one-dish meal tonight makes supper a snap!
TASTY TUESDAY PRESENTS:
Campbell's(R) 15-Minute Chicken & Rice Dinner
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 15 min.
1 tbsp. Crisco(R) Vegetable Oil
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Chicken Soup OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups uncooked instant white rice *
2 cups fresh OR frozen broccoli flowerets
Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 10 min. or until browned. Set chicken aside.
ADD soup, water, paprika and pepper. Heat to a boil.
STIR in rice and broccoli. Return chicken to skillet. Season chicken with additional paprika and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serves 4.
*For creamier dish, use 1 1/2 cups rice.

Don't discard the stems of fresh broccoli--simply peel and thinly slice them to use in this dish or cook as you would other tender green vegetables.
