Spicy Salsa Mac & Beef
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1 lb. ground beef
1 can Campbell's(R) Condensed Beef Broth
1 1/3 cups water
2 cups uncooked medium shell pasta
1 can Campbell's(R) Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 cup Pace(R) Chunky Salsa

Directions:
 COOK beef in skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.
 ADD broth and water. Heat to a boil. Add pasta. Cook over medium heat 10 min. or until pasta is done, stirring often.
 ADD soup and salsa. Heat through. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
For easy clean up, serve supper directly from the skillet tonight. Accompany with carrot and celery sticks (purchase already cleaned and cut from the produce section), biscuits hot from the oven and ice cream with strawberries for dessert.
