Lowfat Honey Mustard Chicken

Lowfat Honey Mustard Chicken
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

 Vegetable cooking spray
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) Franco-American(R) Fat Free Chicken Gravy
1 tbsp. prepared mustard OR Dijon mustard
2 tsp. honey
4 cups hot cooked rice, cooked without salt

Directions:
 SPRAY skillet with cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add chicken and cook until browned. Set chicken aside.
 ADD gravy, mustard and honey. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to skillet. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve over rice. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
For a change, substitute turkey tenderloins or chicken strips for the boneless chicken breasts.
