Festive Breakfast Casserole

Prep Time: 15 min. - Cook Time: 45 min. - Chill Time: 2 hr.
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
6 cups white bread cut in cubes
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup Pace(R) Picante Sauce OR Pace(R) Chunky Salsa
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
Directions:
COOK sausage until browned. Pour off fat.
ARRANGE sausage in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with bread cubes and cheese. Mix picante sauce, eggs and milk and pour over all. Cover and refrigerate 2 hr. or overnight.
BAKE uncovered at 350°F. for 45 min. or until done. Serves 6.
