Celebrate the Jewish New Year with family and friends by serving this
sweet treat everyone will love, compliments of Campbell's(R) Kitchen.
Chocolate-Cinnamon Bread Pudding
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 15 min. - Cook Time: 40 min.
12 slices Pepperidge Farm(R) Cinnamon Swirl Bread, any variety, cut into
cubes (about 6 cups)
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Sweetened whipped cream (optional)
Directions:
PLACE bread cubes in greased 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Sprinkle
chocolate pieces over bread cubes. Mix milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Pour over bread cubes.
BAKE at 350°F. for 40 min. or until knife inserted near center comes
out clean. Serve warm with whipped cream. Serves 6.

Serve this indulgent dessert buffet-style accompanied with fresh whipped
cream and cinnamon for garnish. Offer hot coffee and tea to compliment
