Bean and Rice Burritos
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 20 min. - Cook Time: 10 min.
Vegetable cooking spray
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 can (16 oz.) Campbell's(R) Pork & Beans
1/3 cup Pace(R) Chunky Salsa
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
6 flour tortillas (8''), warmed
Directions:
SPRAY saucepan with vegetable cooking spray. Add onion and cook until
tender.
ADD beans, salsa, cheese and rice. Heat through, stirring occasionally.
SPOON 1/2 cup bean mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold tortilla
around filling. Makes 6 burritos.
Kitchen Clip:
Eat these burritos out-of-hand (or, if preferred, with knife and fork)
and offer a veggie tray with baby carrots, radishes, sliced cucumber and
celery sticks. Warm Pepperidge Farm(R) Apple Dumplings topped with
vanilla ice cream makes a perfect dessert.
