Pasta topped with favorite flavors wins points with a hungry family.
Keep the ingredients on hand for this easy, family-pleasing dish from
the Campbell's(R) Kitchen.

Fettuccine Al Fresco
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 cup diced cooked ham (optional)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. garlic powder OR 1 clove garlic, minced
1 jar (28 oz.) Prego(R) Pasta Sauce with Fresh Mushrooms (3 cups)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley OR 1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
6 cups hot cooked fettuccine OR spaghetti
  Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
  HEAT oil in saucepan. Add ham, onion and garlic and cook until onion
is tender.
  ADD pasta sauce and parsley. Heat through. Serve over fettuccine.
Serve with cheese. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
A dish of hearty noodles with perfect sauce only needs a tossed green
salad and bread sticks to complete the menu. Spoon fruit sorbet to serve
with Pepperidge Farm(R) cookies for dessert.
