Oven-Baked Catfish
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 10 min. - Cook Time: 20 min.

1 cup Pepperidge Farm(R) Corn Bread Stuffing, crushed
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 lb. fresh OR frozen thawed catfish fillets
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. butter OR margarine, melted (optional)
  Creamy ranch salad dressing OR chunky blue cheese dressing

Directions:
  MIX stuffing and paprika on plate. Dip fish into egg. Coat with
stuffing mixture.
  PLACE fish on baking sheet. Drizzle with butter.
  BAKE at 400°F. for 20 min. or until fish flakes easily when tested
with a fork. Serve with dressing. Serves 4.

Serve these golden fish fillets with deli cole slaw and baked French
fries. Pour iced tea or milk, and serve a Pepperidge Farm(R) iced cake
topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert.
