1/2 cup milk
6 flour OR 8 corn tortillas (6 to 8"), cut into 1" pieces
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
COOK beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half the cheese. Spoon into 2-qt.
shallow baking dish. Cover .
BAKE at 400°F. for 30 min. or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining
cheese. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
The difference between flour and corn tortillas is that flour tortillas
are made from all-purpose or whole wheat flour, while corn tortillas are
made from corn flour. Corn tortillas are more traditional to Tex-Mex
dishes such as enchiladas, quesadillas, tacos and tostados. Either will
work for this recipe, though, and can be found in the refrigerator
section of your supermarket.
