A hearty supper is just minutes away when you keep the ingredients for
this family-favorite skillet supper on hand. Campbell's(R)Tomato Soup,
ground beef and elbow pasta brings a hearty dinner to the table in just
minutes.

Beefy Pasta Skillet
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 15 min.

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Tomato Soup
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups cooked corkscrew OR elbow pasta

Directions:
  COOK beef and onion in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
  ADD soup, water, Worcestershire, cheese and pasta and heat through.
Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
For convenience, small pasta shapes can be cooked ahead and stored in
the refrigerator for a couple of days before using. Drain cooked pasta
well and toss with a couple of teaspoons of oil in a self-sealing
plastic bag; seal bag and refrigerate until ready to use in skillet
suppers, casseroles or salads.
