Sweet sautéed onion and Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup make this
simmered pork chop dish a family favorite. Keep the easy ingredients on
hand for a delicious dinner in a hurry.

Glorified Onion Pork Chops
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
6 pork chops, 1/2" thick
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can Campbell's(R) Cream of Celery OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 cup water

Directions:
  HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
  ADD onion and cook until tender.
  ADD soup and water. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10
min. or until done. Serves 6.

Kitchen Clip:
To round out this savory pork chop menu, make a cucumber salad, some
mashed potatoes and green beans. Peel cucumber (if desired) and dress
with an Italian dressing. Microwave frozen green beans and fix instant
mashed potatoes.
