Please everyone with this delicious, easy meal tonight. Look forward to

Vegetable Rice Pilaf
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

1/4 cup chopped green OR red pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1 can Campbell's(R) Healthy Request(R) Chicken Broth
3/4 cup frozen mixed vegetables

Directions:
  SPRAY skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add green
pepper, garlic, basil, black pepper and rice. Cook and stir until rice
is browned and green pepper is tender-crisp.
  STIR in broth. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min.
  STIR in vegetables. Cover and cook 10 min. or until rice is done and
most of liquid is absorbed. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
Serve this colorful rice and vegetable dish with grilled steak or
Italian sausage. Grill thick slices of Pepperidge Farm(R) Texas Toast
and round out the menu with a tossed green salad. Serve Pepperidge
Farm(R) fruit turnovers for dessert.
