A delicious homemade meal is just minutes away with Campbell's(R) Soup
at hand, as this delicious recipe made with Campbell's(R) Cream of
Mushroom proves.
Chicken Broccoli and Noodles
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time 10 min. Cook Time 10 min.
2 pkg. (3 ounces each) chicken flavor ramen noodle soup
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's(R) 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
1 cup cooked cut-up broccoli
Directions:
1. In medium saucepan cook noodles according to package directions.
Add 1 seasoning packet. (Reserve remaining seasoning packet for another
use.) Drain.
2. Stir in soup, milk, chicken and broccoli. Heat through, stirring
occasionally. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
For 1 cup cubed cooked chicken, in a medium saucepan over medium heat,
in 3 cups boiling water, cook 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts or
thighs, cubed, 5 min. or until chicken is no longer pink. Or substitute
1 5-oz. can Swanson(R) Premium Chunk Chicken Breast or Chunk Chicken for
the 1 cup cubed cooked chicken called for in this recipe.
