Kitchen Clip:
Corn tortillas are basic to favorite Tex-Mex dishes, such as enchiladas,
quesadillas, tacos and tostados. Corn tortillas are made with corn
flour, while
flour tortillas are made with all-purpose or whole-wheat flour. You'll
find
both kinds in the refrigerator section of your supermarket.
