Prep/Cook Time 20 min.
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Campbell's(R) Tomato with Roasted Garlic & Herbs Soup
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
3/4 cup Pace(R) Picante Sauce
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 can Campbell's(R) Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
1 cup milk
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/3 cups instant mashed potato flakes
Chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
COOK beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
STIR in tomato soup, corn, picante sauce and cumin. Heat to a boil.
Cover and cook over low heat 5 min.
MIX cheese soup, milk and butter in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Remove
from heat. Stir in potato flakes. Let stand 30 seconds. Mix with fork
until evenly moistened. Drop potatoes by large spoonfuls onto beef
mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serves 4.
