Prep/Cook Time 20 min.
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 can (26 oz.) Campbell's(R) Tomato Soup
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
4 cups cooked elbow or corkscrew pasta
COOK beef and onion in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD soup, water, mustard, Worcestershire, cheese and pasta. Heat
through. Serves 6.

Shredded Cheddar cheese
Elbow or corkscrew pasta
Prepared mustard
Worcestershire sauce

To avoid tears while chopping an onion, place the onion in the freezer
15 minutes beforehand to reduce the spray of onion oils. Use a sharp
knife and chop quickly on a flat work surface. Chopped onion can be
frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight container for quick use in cooking.
