Cook Time 35 min.

4 boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Tomato Soup
1 3/4 cups water
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

  SEASON chicken with 1/4 tsp. garlic.
  HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
  ADD soup, water, oregano and remaining garlic. Heat to a boil. Stir in
rice. Cover and cook over low heat 15 min.
  ADD vegetables and chicken. Cover and cook 10 min. or until vegetables
are tender and rice is done. Serves 4.

pungent herb with small green leaves. To dry fresh oregano, place leaves
between microwave-safe paper towels and microwave on HIGH 3-4 min. or
until dried. Cool and store at room temperature in a tightly sealed
container, such as a covered jar.
