Campbell's Mushroom Broccoli Alfredo

Cook Time: 15 minutes

2 tbsp. butter or margarine
3 cups broccoli flowerets
3 cups sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of
Mushroom Soup
1/3 cup milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups hot cooked fettuccine or spaghetti

HEAT butter in skillet. Add broccoli, mushrooms, onion and garlic. Cook
until tender-crisp.
ADD soup, milk, pepper and cheese. Heat through. Serve over fettuccine.
Serves 4.

Butter or margarine
Fettuccine or spaghetti

Kitchen Clip:

Be sure your pot is large enough to hold the amount of water required
for cooking the fettuccine or spaghetti.
If the pasta is too long to completely fit in the water at first, as the
submerged ends soften, gently push from
the dry ends until the pasta bends and the dry ends can be submerged.
