Campbell's Beef & Cheddar Soft Tacos

Prep/Cook Time: 15 minutes

1 lb. ground beef
1 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 cup Pace Chunky Salsa
8 flour tortillas (8")
2 cups shredded lettuce

COOK beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD soup and salsa and heat through.
SPOON about 1/3 cup meat mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with
lettuce. Fold tortilla around
filling. Serve with additional salsa. Serves 4.

1 lb. ground beef

Pace Chunky Salsa
Shredded lettuce

Kitchen Clip:

To shred lettuce, cut a quarter section of the lettuce head. Hold the
section firmly against a cutting
board and, using a long-bladed knife, cut into long 1/4" wide shreds. A
quarter head will yield about
3 cups of shredded lettuce.
