Family-sized Campbell's Tomato Soup creates a family favorite
meal--single skillet convenience and "souper" great taste!
Campbell?s Country Beef & Vegetables
Prep/Cook Time: 20 minutes
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can (26 oz.) Campbell's Tomato Soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
6 cups hot cooked rice
Shredded Cheddar cheese
COOK beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD soup, Worcestershire and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Cook over low
heat 5 min. or until vegetables are tender. Serve
over rice. Top with cheese. Serves 6.

1 can (26 oz.) Campbell's Tomato Soup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
Rice
Worcestershire sauce
Kitchen Clip:
Cook the rice while the beef mixture is cooking. To save even more time,
use instant rice.
