Classic meat loaf gets a touch of gold, as a crowning glory and serving
sauce, from Campbell's
Golden Mushroom Soup.

Campbell's Simply Delicious Meat Loaf

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour 5 minutes

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup water

MIX thoroughly beef, bread crumbs and egg. Shape firmly into 8" x 4"
loaf in baking pan.
BAKE at 350°F. for 30 min. Spread 1/2 can soup over top of meat loaf.
Bake 30 min. or until
done.
MIX 2 tbsp. drippings, remaining soup and water in saucepan. Heat
through and serve with meat
loaf. Serves 6.

1 can Campbell?s Golden Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs

Ground round is an excellent choice for meat loaf. It has less fat than
regular ground beef, but
enough fat for moisture (unlike ground sirloin which would result in a
dry meat loaf).
